The award-winning Haunted Harvest with Ghost Pepper is the second chapter in our Haunted Harvest Trilogy. This sweet and savory blend layers winter squash, apple cider, and warm spices with aged habanero, jalapeño, and chipotle. Then we toss in ghost peppers to crank the heat. It's scary but balanced and still plays nice with food. Haunted Harvest Ghost took home a Scovie Award in 2020 and a Screaming Mimi in 2019. It’s not just a seasonal favorite, it’s a cult classic.

🌶️ Our Process
Every Fraktured Sauce begins the same way.
- Peppers are harvested, then ground into mash.
- Mash is fermented and aged using a dry-salt method, not brine.
- All pepper mash is aged for a minimum of one year, often longer.
- Aging is intentional, allowing flavor to round, mellow, and fully develop.
- The natural body created through aging eliminates the need for gums or fillers.
- Every sauce begins with this aged pepper mash; flavor differences come only from added ingredients, never shortcuts.
