Our Hot Honey is absolute perfection. As hot sauce farmers and beekeepers, we have what it takes to make a great hot honey. We grow the heat, and our bees make the sweet.
A lot of hot honeys on the market get their heat from shortcuts, including chili powders, capsicum oils, or extracts. Not us. No way.
We infuse our wildflower honey with Scotch Bonnet and habanero peppers using a slow, low-temperature process that preserves its natural character and flavor. The sweet floral notes come first, followed by the heat of the floral bonnets and smoky habaneros. An enjoyable, slow-building heat follows. The more you have, the hotter it gets. Amazing with anything and everything. Seriously.

🌶️ Our Process
All of our Hot Honey is built the same way.
- We begin with raw wildflower honey, sourced from our own hives.
- Our farm's Scotch Bonnet and habanero peppers are infused directly into the honey. We never use chili powders, capsicum oils, or extracts.
- Infusion is done slowly at low temperature to preserve the natural character of the honey.
- The result is a balanced hot honey with floral sweetness first, followed by a smooth, slow-building heat.
